EVERYDAY SUPPORT

What help would suit your parents?

Every family has different needs. Sometimes help with shopping is enough; sometimes regular visits or coordination of several tasks are needed.

Help at home

Shopping, meals, laundry and tidying can become more demanding with age. We discuss which tasks your parents would like help with and how often someone is needed.

Companionship and support

Visits, conversation or a walk together can enrich daily life. Your parents’ wishes, routines and independence remain central to the arrangements.

Transport and appointment accompaniment

Do you need help with a medical appointment, shopping or another journey? We clarify the destination, timing, support needed and the options offered by a suitable local provider.

Family coordination

When you live abroad, a dedicated contact can help with organisation. Together, we define the support needed and how arrangements should be agreed with your parents.

CARE AND SUPPORT

Looking for elderly care or home care in Tunisia?

A clear description of your parents’ needs is the first step. Help with cooking, companionship and regular visits differ from professional care services. We therefore begin by clarifying the tasks involved.

If care services are requested, we discuss the needs and check whether a suitably qualified provider can be found. Medical and nursing tasks must be carried out by people with the necessary qualifications.

Blue Jasmine does not replace medical care and is not an emergency service. Any specific care service and its availability are agreed personally in advance.

FROM ENQUIRY TO AGREEMENT

How we organise the next steps

  1. Describe the situation

Tell us where your parents live, what support they would like and how often help is needed.

  2. Explore the options

We discuss the needs and check which providers and services might be suitable in the requested area.

  3. Agree on the support

Before starting, tasks, times, costs and contacts are agreed with you. Your initial enquiry is non-binding.

Questions about elderly support in Tunisia

Is Blue Jasmine a care provider in Tunisia?

Blue Jasmine is building a partner network and helps families organise suitable support. We do not currently provide our own nationwide care service. Whether a specific care service can be arranged depends on the enquiry and the qualified providers available.

Can I request help in Tunis, Sousse or another city?

Yes. Tell us the exact location and service area. You can enquire about any region in Tunisia; suitable support and availability are checked individually. An enquiry is not yet a confirmation of service.

How much does elderly support in Tunisia cost?

Costs depend on factors including the task, location, duration, frequency and qualifications required. Services, costs and any introduction fees are discussed before an order is placed. No paid service is booked automatically on the website.

Can I arrange support from Germany or France?

The website also serves relatives living abroad. You can describe your parents’ needs and request a consultation. Their wishes and consent are part of the planning.

How are care workers and other providers selected?

Our aim is to check identity, experience and the qualifications required for the task before an introduction. We clarify which supporting documents are available for a specific provider before working together. Applying as a partner does not mean automatic admission to the network.

What do I need for an initial enquiry?

To begin, we need the location, the type of help requested, the approximate time needed and your contact details. Please do not submit diagnoses, medication plans or confidential medical records through the public form.

Tell us what your parents need.

An initial conversation helps clarify the situation and plan the next step together.
